Refund and Returns Policy

At Plant Outing, your green journey is our priority. We take great care in packaging and delivering high-quality plants and gardening essentials. We understand that sometimes plans change, or issues may arise. Please review our policy below for both order cancellations and refunds/replacements for delivered items.

 

Section A: Order Cancellation Policy

 

We understand that you might need to cancel an order.

 

Cancellation Window:

 You may cancel your order for a full refund  if it has not yet been dispatched from our nursery/warehouse.

 Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you would need to follow our Refund & Replacement Policy (Section B) if eligible.

 

How to Cancel Your Order:

    1.  Contact Us Immediately: Send an email to plantouting@gmail.com or call us at +91 8981336950 with your  Order ID.

    2.  Confirmation: We will confirm whether your order can be cancelled based on its dispatch status.

    3.  Refund for Cancellations: If your order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

 

 

Section B: Refund & Replacement Policy (for Delivered Items)

 

If you’re not completely satisfied with your delivered order, please review this section.

 

1. 7-Day Refund/Replacement Window

You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery  to request a refund or replacement for eligible items.

 

2. Eligibility for Refund/Replacement

 

Damaged or Defective Items (including Live Plants):  If your product arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We require clear photos or a short video of the damaged/incorrect item and its packaging within the 7-day window. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

Non-Live Products (Pots, Tools, Seeds, Fertilizers, etc.):  These items are eligible for a refund or exchange if returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, within the 7-day window.

 

3. Non-Refundable Items/Situations

 

Live Plants (Post-Delivery Care): We cannot offer refunds or replacements for live plants due to customer mishandling, neglect, or environmental factors after- successful delivery. Our guarantee only covers damage during transit or if the wrong plant was sent.

Products damaged due to misuse or neglect by the customer.

Items returned without prior authorization.

Gift cards.

Items returned beyond the 7-day refund window.
