Order Processing Time Once your order is placed, our team dedicates 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to carefully prepare, pack, and settle your order for dispatch. This includes quality checks for live plants and secure packaging for all items. 2. Failed Deliveries / Damaged Shipments Undeliverable Orders: If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, repeated failed delivery attempts, or non-acceptance of the package, it will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply, or a refund (minus shipping costs and a restocking fee) may be processed as per our discretion.
